At least one member from each yacht
should attend to receive up to date
briefing on weather, police rules, and tide
information that might affect the parade
route. Each entry will be given a numbered
sign to be used for judging.

Judging will be based on:
Theme, Music, Lighting, Creativity, Costumes, and Enthusiasm.
